A dance fitness class on a mini trampoline. If you like High-energy cardio workouts without the impact, then this is the class for you.  You will bounce your way through 3 dance routines and will finish with conditioning on the trampoline to target the upper body, lower body, and core. You will burn calories, whilst working on your coordination and strength. Not to mention have a few laughs along the way.

* Equipment needed: a mini trampoline, small hand or wrist weights and trainers on.
