Dance Cardio

Service Description

A High Intensity Dance Fitness class. It's a fun and energetic way to get your cardio workout. 45 minutes of dance routines with intervals of upper body, lower body, and core strength training. It is a tough class but you will feel energised and full of endorphins afterwards. * You'll need trainers, and for some classes a mat and some small hand weights.
