Service Description

Barre Fit is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Dance, and Yoga. Move through carefully selected exercises that will tone and shape your muscles. You'll target your legs and core in every single workout and may even experience the infamous barre burn and shake. * You will need a chair, mat, sometimes small weights, booty bands, balls or gliders.
