Barre Fit is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Dance, and Yoga. Move through carefully selected exercises that will tone and shape your muscles like a dancer. You'll target your legs and core in every single workout and may even experience the infamous barre burn and shake.
* You will need a chair and a mat, sometimes we use small weights, booty bands, balls or gliders.
