Join the Fit By Bee community, by participating in group classes. Each class is 45 minutes of nonstop, music-driven movement complemented with resistance and toning work that assists in creating long, lean muscles. I offer several class formats to keep your routine fresh and exciting to achieve the results you are looking for.
Choose between Dance Fit, Full Body Sculpt, Barre Fit, Full-Body Strength, Pilates, and Stretch and Flow. There is a class to suit every age and ability.

On Demand Classes
If you prefer to work out in your own time then the On-Demand service is perfect for you. You have the option to rent or buy any of the pre-recorded classes or you can subscribe to the On-Demand Channel to have unlimited access to all classes
New videos will be added each week so you will never get bored.
Choose from all class types: Dance Fit, Tramp Fit, Barre Fit, Full Body Sculpt, Full-Body Strength, Dynamic Pilates, Pilates, Stretch and Flow, Stretch and Sculpt, Prenatal, and a bonus Foam Rolling recovery video. All videos range from 30-60 mins.

Choose a 1:1 session with me to get a more personalized and hands on approach that is tailored to your level of fitness. Whether you're a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, pre/postnatal, or want to take your fitness to the next level, a 1:1 session is the best way to train.

Full Body Sculpt
A full body workout from head to toe. Short bursts of cardio with strength and toning work aimed to achieve that long lean sculpted body.
Stretch and Flow
This class includes static and flowing stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment. Balance your workout routine with flexibility training for enhanced sports performance and reduced risk of injury. This 45 minute class will work your entire body. Balance, strength and flexibility.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
A High Intensity Dance Fitness class. It's a fun and energetic way to get your cardio workout. 45 minutes of easy to follow dance routines with intervals of upper body, lower body, and core strength training.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. A flowing class from beginning to end, expect to feel the burn.
Full Body Strength
The full body strength workout is one that anyone can do at home with just a few sets of weights. Strength training is an important part of any fitness routine. It will help make you stronger and also builds muscle endurance. We'll be focusing on traditional training methods such as circuits, mulitsets, HITT etc. Your PT session in class form.
Bianca is one of the best and most hard core instructors. I have never left one of her classes not dripping in sweat, and even when the class is packed she manages to give individual attention. There's no giving up or cheating in her class.
