The Class Styles
Full Body Sculpt
The perfect class to get a total body workout. Full Body Sculpt is mixture of all Fit By Bee classes. You'll tone your upper and lower body with cardio intervals, and finishing off with core work, All set to a cracking playlist that gets the endorphins flowing.

*Small hand weights, booty bands, and a mat usually needed.
Pilates
Mat Pilates is a dynamic class that focuses on toning, stretching and elongating the entire body. A focus on alignment, mind/body connection, and breathing techniques. Named after creator, Joseph Pilates, this system of low-impact resistance training is designed to improve core strength, muscular endurance, and posture.

*No equipment needed.
Barre
Barre Fit is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Dance, and Yoga. Move through carefully selected exercises that will tone and shape your muscles. You'll target your legs and core in every single workout and may even experience the infamous barre burn and shake.

* You will need a chair, mat, sometimes small weights, booty bands, balls or gliders.
Stretch & Flow
This class is the perfect class to relax, rewind, and recharge the mind and body.
A mix of Yoga and Pilates with static and flowing stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment aimed to leave you feeling balanced, energised, and ready to start the day.

Dance Fit
A High Intensity Dance Fitness class. It's a fun and energetic way to get your cardio workout. 45 minutes of dance routines with intervals of upper body, lower body, and core strength training. It is a tough class but you will feel energised and full of endorphins afterwards.

* You'll need trainers, and for some classes a mat and some small hand weights.
Full Body Strength
Build strength and muscular endurance with this conditioning class that combines resistance work, body weight exercises and cardio HIIT. This class will increase your performance, balance, coordination and strength. Using traditional training methods such as Circuits, Supersets, AMRAPS and Pyramids.
