Prenatal Pilates is a low impact class focusing on, breathing techniques, strengthening exercises and postural alignment to help ease through your pregnancy whichever trimester. Exercising during pregnancy can help reduce stress and improve mental health. It can also make you feel strong enough for whatever labour and motherhood throws at you, while feeling confident and powerful during pregnancy.
